Euphoria Type (comparable to Aveda)- Blends of Jasmine, Rose and Sandalwood. Jasmine is known for its soothing and antiseptic properties. Rose and Sandalwood make excellent skin conditioners for people with dry skin. Sandalwood and Jasmine are two of the most expensive oils, and really takes charge in this blend. This blend is truly my FAVORITE!
Honey Almond- Lemon, Lavender, Bitter Almond and Ginger. Lemon and Ginger work together nicely in this blend by working as a mild astringent. Lavender is know for its soothing properties as well as an astringent and the almond adds the vitamins you may be lacking. The nice surprise is the ground up almond pieces placed in this bar to gently wash away the day’s impurities. Great for all skin types and can be used in the morning or evening.
Madagascar Type (comparable to Aveda)- Vanilla and Ylang-Ylang. Vanilla is a gentle emollient and Ylang-Ylang is known to reduce stress and tension. Ylang, Ylang is one of the finer oils you’ll find added to most of you high-end perfumes. Light and simplistic. Perfect bar to place on a guest’s pillow when you have company. They’ll think you’ve gone all out.
Mint Thyme- Spearmint and White Thyme. Spearmint is known to be used as a muscle relaxant, soothing agent, emollient and astringent. Thyme makes an excellent skin toner and antiseptic. This is a great bar for normal to oily skin. I’ve added a dash of Goat’s milk to this bar to add to its soothing properties.
Orange Ginger- Orange, Grapefruit, Lime, Peppermint, and Ginger. All of these oils are known to be mild astringents with soothing properties. A great everyday bar to put in your shower for this spring and summer!
Rainforest Type- Coriander and Peppermint. Great muscle relaxing bar. Both are known to soothe tired and aching muscles. Coriander is a very unisex oil. This bar smells very outdoorsy!
Rosemary Peppermint- Anise, Ginger, Lavender, Peppermint, Rosemary and Spearmint. Anise is known to aid in digestive problems, Ginger is known as an astringent, Lavender is known to soothe, condition and Peppermint and Spearmint to relax muscles, soothe. They also work well as an emollient and astringent. This is one of those bars that is just nice to have for everyday. It smells great and will make you feel good all around.
Sleep Time- Lavender and Vanilla. Thought to help with sleeping. I love this blend! It is soft and sexy. I use this scented lotion because I find it very relaxing. The lavender really comes through in this blend. Great for tender hands and feet. Soap makes a great everyday bar.
Sweet Bay Rose- Rose, Basil, Eucalyptus, Bay. Bay is stimulating and energizing. The rose and basil are great toners and skin soothing agents and the Eucalyptus is a great antiseptic and skin conditioner. Eucalyptus has also been known to work as a great insect repellent. This would be a great bar to take with you to the cabin or camping. Just in time for summer!
